Customer Service SpecialistLocation:Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Start Date:November 13th, 2025 Languages:French + English Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-orientedCustomer Service Specialistto join our international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support theFrench marketby assisting customers with inquiries related to home appliances providing solutions, information, and professional assistance to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, communication, and working in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Working Schedule:Monday to Saturday, 8 hoursrotational shifts between07:00 and 19:00Days off:Sunday + 1 rotational day per week Profile Required: Fluency in French (spoken and written) Good level of English (B1+ minimum) Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle inquiries with patience, professionalism, and empathy Team spirit and adaptability to rotating schedules Contract Type:Fixed-term contract (CDD) 6 monthsWhat We Offer:Compensation: Base salary: 900 euro x 14 months Performance bonus: 100 euro x 11 months Meal allowance: 7.23 euro per working day Transport allowance: 20 euro per month Paid training from day one International and friendly work environment located in vibrant Lisbon Ready to join?Be part of a dynamic international project where your communication skills and customer focus make a real difference every day.
