We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot) to be the architect of our digital journeys If you live and breathe automation, love optimising campaigns, and have advanced proficiency with the HubSpot platform, this is your chance to shine in our Digital Production team. What you'll be doing: Your mission will be to operationalise and optimise CRM campaigns, marketing automation, and loyalty programmes. You will be responsible for: Creating and managing complex automation workflows. Configuring and optimising landing pages, forms, and automated emails. Database management, qualification processes, and dynamic segmentation for hyper-personalised communications. Transforming data into actionable insights to continuously enhance our strategies. What you'll need: Advanced proficiency and certification in HubSpot (essential). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in creating and optimising marketing automation and CRM campaigns. A passion for data and analytical skills to measure and optimise performance. Proactivity, organisation, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams. Experience with platform integrations (e.g., HubSpot with Salesforce). Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
