Overview: The Senior Blockchain Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of innovative blockchain solutions. This position is instrumental in driving the advancement and effectiveness of our blockchain technology, and requires an individual with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of blockchain concepts and applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of blockchain solutions Design and build scalable blockchain-based applications Research and evaluate the latest blockchain technologies and trends Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop blockchain protocols Create secure and efficient smart contracts and decentralized applications Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance Identify and address technical challenges and bottleneck Support the integration of blockchain technology with existing systems Document and communicate technical solutions and guidelines Required Qualifications: Have significant experience in writing software interacting with EVM chains Have at least five years of experience in software engineering Experience with trading systems and large complex codebases Significant professional experience in our core languages: Typescript and Javascript (or Golang) Experience or excitement to act as a team lead with significant ownership of the group's efforts Effective communication skills; a positive, team player Significant experience in automated testing frameworks, continuous integration, and test-driven design
