Responsabilités clés
  • La responsabilité du traitement des contacts téléphoniques avec les clients est la tâche principale d'un Agent Service Client;
  • Gérer et analyser les questions relatives au support technique du réseau fixe, internet et TV, et traitement des réclamations;
  • Renseigner les clients de la meilleure manière possible afin d'assurer leur fidélisation sur du long terme;
  • Réception des appels téléphoniques (entrants et sortants) de notre clientèle;
  • Conseiller les clients sur tous les services et offres;
  • Générer de la valeur ajoutée pour nos clients, vente en particulier;
  • Communication efficace avec nos clients en tenant compte des aspects qualitatifs et quantitatifs.

Compétences
  • Expérience dans un call center;
  • Français Natif et un niveau C1 d'anglais;
  • Forte orientation client;
  • Flexibilité et résistance au stress;
  • Communicatif, bonne élocution;
  • Méthode de travail indépendante et précise;
  • Ponctualité, respect des délais;
  • Bonne utilisation des outils informatiques;
