If you’re as comfortable crafting a big‑picture vision as you are translating it into clear, actionable steps, this could be the perfect next step in your career. Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office (Lisbon) About the Role As a Digital Strategist, you’ll play a key role in developing data‑driven, human‑centered strategies across multiple digital domains – including media, content, CRM, UX, and technology. You’ll work closely with our internal digital specialized teams and client teams to bring ideas to life and ensure our clients’ brands thrive across every touchpoint. You’ll be both thinker and doer: analyzing audiences and performance data, leading workshops, inspiring clients, and turning complexity into clarity. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the creation of digital marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights. Design integrated, omnichannel frameworks that drive both growth and engagement. Partner with creative, media, data, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution. Present insights and recommendations to senior clients and internal stakeholders. Stay ahead of emerging trends and digital innovation to keep strategies fresh and relevant. QUALIFICATIONS 8–10 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, or communications, ideally combining client‑side and agency experience. Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital ecosystems, and integrated campaign planning. Excellent analytical and storytelling skills – you can turn insights into engaging narratives. Proven ability to simplify the complex and translate strategy into actionable steps. Comfortable working in multicultural environments and collaborating across borders. A self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills, able to work autonomously and proactively. A good listener and empathetic communicator, skilled at connecting with people and building trust.
