We are building an investment‑grade finance function and are seeking a strategic, hands‑on leader to head Finance & Business Operations. About the Role Reporting directly to the COO (currently covering part‑time CFO responsibilities), you will lead the Finance & Accounting Manager from day one and shape the future finance organisation, including the hiring plan as we scale.Own FP&A, financial controls, treasury, and investor‑ready reporting and act as the finance lead for legal and compliance matters with material business impact.The role blends strategic design of scalable finance processes and systems with hands‑on responsibility for planning, controlling, and complex accounting issues. Daily bookkeeping is managed by the accounting team, while you oversee overall outcomes, escalations, and complex cases. Main Tasks Lead and develop the finance function by coaching the Finance & Accounting Manager and coordinating external advisors for tax, payroll and audits. Own monthly, quarterly and annual close governance to ensure consistent, timely and high‑quality financial closes and reporting packs. Build and operate FP&A, including dynamic forecasts, scenario planning, variance analysis and monthly business reviews with leadership.
