Fixed Network GPON/XGSPON Support Engineer

YOUR ROLESupport the Fixed Access Operations and Support team in ensuring seamless network evolution and service activation. Contribute to maintaining high-quality connectivity for customers through efficient migrations, service provisioning, and operational excellence. Execute migrations from MA5600 to MA5800 platforms while guaranteeing service continuity. Activate and configure XGSPON services according to technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to fixed access equipment. Perform post-migration testing and validation to ensure network stability. Collaborate with internal teams for planning and execution of critical activities. Follow hybrid work practices and operational procedures. YOUR PROFILE Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Minimum of 2 years in telecommunications or IT. Knowledge of GPON/XGSPON networks. Experience with Huawei MA5600/MA5800 equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills in access networks. Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
