Looking to secure and oversee the digital transformation of a major international financial services division? We’re hiring anICT Operational Risk Officer (ORO) Specialistto join a high-impact second line of defense team focused onIT & Cyber risk managementacross investment, protection, and real estate services.This role offers a unique dual scope: acting as a dedicated risk partner for a specific business line while supporting the global deployment of the IT & Cyber risk framework at a group level.Your MissionAs an ICT Specialist, you will be a key player in theIT and Cyber second line of defense. You will ensure that technology risks are identified, monitored, and mitigated, providing expert risk opinions on innovative projects and ensuring the robustness of permanent controls. You will bridge the gap between technical security requirements and business operational reality.️What You’ll DoAct as the lead ORO ICTfor the Real Estate business line, supervising permanent controls related to IT & Cyber risks.Lead and execute independent testing missionsto validate the effectiveness of the control environment.Report the risk profiledirectly to the Head of Operational Risk Management (ORM).Support the Head ORO ICTin the construction of consolidated risk reports for the entire division.Provide expert risk opinionson innovative projects, including those involvingCloud and AI.Deploy the IT & Cyber risk frameworkacross the various business lines (Wealth Management, Asset Management, etc.).Collaborate with stakeholdersto find workable and realistic solutions that balance security with cost-benefit constraints.Who You AreEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, IT Security, Business, or Risk Management.Experience:3+ years specifically in technology risk assessments, IT audit, or permanent control.Tech Savvy:Proven experience with the deployment ofCloud, AI, and Third-Partysolutions.Domain Knowledge:Solid understanding of Information Security, Business Continuity, IT Operations, and assessment methodologies.Tools:Proficient in MS Office Pack and specialized Risk Analysis tools.Communication:Excellent level ofEnglish(written and oral), with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear business terms.Why Join This Opportunity?Broad Business Exposure:Work across 4 distinct business lines specializing in protection, savings, investment, and real estate.High-Impact Responsibility:Play a critical role in the second line of defense for a leading financial institution.Innovation-Focused:Contribute to the safety of cutting-edge projects involving AI and Cloud technologies.Strategic Visibility:Direct reporting lines to senior Risk Management leadership.What We ValuePragmatism:The ability to see the stakeholder perspective and propose realistic solutions.Stakeholder Management:Exceptional skills in building relationships across business and technical teams.Analytical Excellence:Strong organizational skills and a methodology-driven approach to risk.Clarity:Clear and fluent communication in an international and professional environment.
