We have the perfect opportunity for you We are currently recruiting Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our teams based in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Timely resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and clarify product and service details.
- Build lasting positive relationships by delivering tailored, empathetic, and efficient assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the internal CRM database.
