We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Support to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience. Meet individual and team KPIs, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 17,000.00€ - 19,000.00€ per year
