Your Mission AsHuman Resources Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives. You will lead transformational projects that involve diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring innovation, operational excellence, and measurable impact. Your Responsabilities Lead and manage strategic and transformational projects (e.g., technology, governance, beneficiary engagement) from concept to implementation. Identify trends, best practices, and innovative solutions from both the social sector and other relevant industries. Build strong partnerships across teams, functions, and geographies to secure alignment and achieve impactful results. Monitor, control, and report on project progress, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met. Coordinate and support other teams or project managers when required. Operate at both strategic and operational levels to translate ideas into actionable results. Your Profile Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; post-graduate studies, MBA, or Master's are a plus. 6–8 years' experience in similar roles, preferably including strategy consulting. Proven track record in leading large-scale transformational projects; experience with digital transformation and AI tools is a plus. Experience with complex organizations and cross-sector, multi-geography projects is valued. Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
