Travel is required  Role Overview The Business Development Manager owns Outsite’s revenue growth through Corporate Memberships, Partnerships and Retreats . This role is responsible for defining and executing Outsite’s sales strategy across corporate memberships, company partnerships, retreats, and emerging products, while building long-term relationships that expand Outsite’s brand, reach, and recurring revenue. You will lead the full sales funnel, from inbound interest and outbound partnerships to conversion, retention, and expansion, while serving as a senior commercial representative of Outsite. Success in this role is measured through corporate membership growth, retreat revenue and partner-driven acquisition. Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Memberships Own Outsite’s B2B partnerships. Continuously test, refine, and optimize pricing, packaging, and positioning for Outsite Corporate Memberships Design and execute a scalable sales motion that balances inbound demand, outbound outreach, and relationship-led growth. Define revenue targets, forecasts, and KPIs in collaboration with Leadership. Identify new revenue opportunities across memberships, retreats, and partnerships. 2. Partnerships & Business Development Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships that drive member acquisition and revenue. Partnership types may include: Companies offering remote work benefits Travel, lifestyle, and wellness brands Startup ecosystems, accelerators, and VC firms Retreat leaders, coaches, and facilitators Own partner onboarding, commercial terms, and performance tracking. Build repeatable partnership playbooks and scalable deal structures. Represent Outsite at partner events, industry conferences, and activations. 3. B2B, Teams & Retreat Sales Lead sales for team offsites, company retreats, and group bookings. Work with Community and Operations to scope experiences, pricing, and logistics. Manage inbound corporate inquiries and proactively source new B2B leads. Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to delivery while maintaining premium standards. Collect post-experience feedback to refine offerings and increase repeat bookings. Ideal Profile Native English (ideally exp with North America)  Based in Europe and willing to travel frequently 5+ years experience in sales, partnerships, or business development Experience selling premium, experience-led, or membership-based products Strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills Confident closer who balances empathy with commercial rigor Highly organized, data-informed, and process-oriented Comfortable representing a brand publicly
