YOUR ROLE: Support engineering documentation, prototype development, and basic testing activities under supervision. Assist in analyzing product quality and performance, contributing to improvements and reporting. Input data into DFMEA and help with cost estimation and manufacturing engineering tasks. Participate in resolving simple production issues and support on-the-job training efforts. Learn and apply Aptiv standards, customer requirements, and basic analytical tools. Collaborate with internal teams and assist in customer communications, contributing to process improvements. Your background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field 1 year of professional experience in manufacturing process development, especially in automotive or similar industry. English language proficiency at minimum B2 level Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus. Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Effective time management and task/project execution Good understanding of technical knowledge and design principles High level of analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Why join us?
