You'll be focused in Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions Designing, developing and deploying AI models and algorithms for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful features and insights for model training Experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy Implement and optimize AI/ML models for scalability, efficiency, and real-time inference Conducting rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness, reliability, and generalization Staying updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools, and evaluate their applicability to our projects Collaborate closely with data engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and external partners. Ensure models are explainable, auditable, and aligned with data privacy and regulatory requirements. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation. In order to succeed, you'll need Degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or related role Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models and generative AI models in production environments Experience in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python Strong experience in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related AI/ML services including generative AI technologies Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and a product-thinking approach.
