Quadrante Group is recruiting a Payroll & Administrative Specialist to join the Financial Team As a leading engineering and consultancy group with a strong international footprint, Quadrante offers a dynamic and structured environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing while providing administrative support across HR-related processes, including invoice registration and control. Responsibilities: Ensure monthly payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, overtime, absences, and benefits; Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor, tax, and social security legislation related to payroll. Prepare and submit mandatory payroll-related legal declarations (Social Security, Tax Authority, statutory reports); Liaise with external entities such as payroll providers, Social Security, Tax Authority, insurers, and service providers; Support internal and external audits related to payroll and administrative processes; Support invoicecontrol, follow-up, and internal validation workflows; Register,validate, and organize supplier invoices in internal systems, ensuring correct documentation and allocation; Ensure accuraterecord-keeping and documentation in line with internal procedures. Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Human Resources or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and/or administrative roles within finance or shared services; Solidknowledgeof Portuguese labor and payroll legislation; Experience withpayroll systems and invoice registration processes; Strong Excel skills; Good level of English (written and spoken); High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail; Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; Ability to workwith multiple stakeholders in a structured environment.
