This is a key role for the company as we further scale and diversify the business to hit our ambitious growth targets.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including creating an annual plan and budget for marketing requirements.Manage the firm's overall marketing efforts, including social media, to maintain brand strength and expand global reachMonitor new marketing trends and industry news to keep our brand at the forefront of architectural innovation.Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materialsManage the firm's brand identity across all platforms and ensure consistency in messagingOversee press release development and placementLead content development for social media and the firm's websiteAnalyse performance metrics of marketing activities and campaigns, providing insights to leadershipImplement and manage Google Analytics and other relevant tools.Manage a team of designers and communication specialistsPrepare month-wise & quarterly actual progress data against plans & goalsWho we're seeking:Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related field, MBA or Equivalent.8 to 10+ years' experience in marketing in a similar industry.Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies for international brands.Excellent project management and communication skills.Proficiency in Adobe, Canvas, Microsoft office and digital marketing tools as a plusExperience in the Architecture/build environment industry is a plusIf you're a hands-on, internationally experienced Marketing Manager, we would love to hear from you.
