We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Construction Manager. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month, located in Braga. This opportunity is perfect for students looking to gain experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:- - Assist senior construction managers with project planning and scheduling.
- - Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- - Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- - Monitor project budget and expenses.
- - Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress.
- - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- - Previous internship or work experience in the construction industry.
- - Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- - Fluency in Portuguese.
