Looking for an exciting international career opportunity in Lisbon?
Teleperformance Portugal is looking for experienced Operations Customer Experts to join our growing team
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Handle fraud, disputes, complaints, and other complex cases
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences from start to finish
- Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- C1 level English (written and spoken)
- At least 12 months of experience in banking, payments, fraud & disputes, complaints handling, or customer support
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Full-time position in Lisbon, Portugal
- Paid training
