Volkswagen Financial Services is the largest provider of automotive financial services worldwide.As the largest provider of automotive financial services worldwide, we pride ourselves on fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equal-opportunity workplace.Objectives:Lead and develop the three core areas of the Sales Hub:Pricing & ProductsSales Metrics & DataSales Academy (Dealers and Internal)Drive performance through strategic vision, analytical insight, and transformational leadership.Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge empowerment across all Sales Hub domains.In this role you will be responsible for:Leading and managing the three functional areas within the Sales Hub, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Designing and implementing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data‐driven decision‐making.Analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into actionable strategies and compelling business narratives.Developing training programs focused on product knowledge, sales soft skills, and alignment with Brand and SIVA strategies—ensuring knowledge becomes a cornerstone of performance.We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management roles.Relevant experience in Financial Services and/or the Automotive Industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell stories through data.Demonstrated strategic thinking and a results‐oriented mindset.High level of proactivity, innovation, and adaptability in a fast‐paced environment.Fluency in English.Strong communication skills for effective global collaboration.Proficiency in Power BI or similar data tools, and experience working in Agile environments (preferred but not mandatory).What we Offer:Long-term contract.Competitive package including private health insurance, life insurance and meal allowance (pay by meal card).Bonuses and benefits depending on performance.Schooling allowance and pension scheme.Incredible and unique annual company events.Opportunity to work on an international project and be part of multicultural and multidisciplinary team.Solid performance evaluation and career management methodologies.Continuous training – technical and behavioral development.
