Innovation Assistant – Dietary Supplements

ROLE: Conduct research to support innovation initiatives within the dietary supplements sector.Assist in the formulation and development of new and improved supplement products, ensuring nutritional quality and regulatory compliance.Participate in innovation projects focused on product enhancement and new concept development.Contribute creative ideas to improve the product portfolio.Assist with testing, sensory evaluations, and quality control checks.Work with quality assurance teams to ensure safety and compliance.Ensure proper documentation of testing and development activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.Knowledge of nutrition, supplements, and food science principles.Understanding of product development and formulation processes.Basic laboratory and quality control skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
