As a specialist in your field, you can contribute to the team by helping to create, produce, share, optimize, and promote solid and impactful digital content. This content can be educational, inspiring, engaging, or a combination of the three. Above all, it should always of the highest quality.The Role As a Motion Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality visual and animated motion graphics. These will be able to drive engagement and build a consistent online visual presence across all relevant social media channels. Throughout the entire creative process, you'll work closely with the company's Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Sound Designers, Copywriters/Researchers, and a Producer. Your responsabilities: Produce high-quality visual and animated motion graphics following the team's content strategy. Create high-quality assets and animations. Ensure the workflow is logical and structured. Strive to produce high-quality work, and ensure the content is striking, innovative and professional. Produce work following different creative directions or a specific style. Keep up with the community and be up-to-date with new trends, editing techniques, and styles to maximize results. Work alongside the team to ensure everything is completed on time and according to the brief. YouYou have 3-5 years experience working as a multimedia designer. Your Superpowers: You have experience working within a multidisciplinary team in a creative environment focused on digital content creation on a wide range of topics. Advanced, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop skills are mandatory. Desirable skills but not essential: Blender, cinema 4D, Octane, 3D animation is a plus. Ability to produce work in a number of different visual styles, or following a specific visual guideline. Experience in various styles of animation techniques. Understanding of digital media techniques, videos, formats and compressions for an innumerably amount of social media platforms. Ability to source stock assets when required. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and tight schedules. Connected within the creative community with a passion for animation and design that extends to researching and staying at the cutting edge of video/filming techniques and trends. Ability to pay attention to detail while being creative; Ability to work with confidential matters discreetly and responsibly; Fluency in English; Btw: Prozis is not for everyone.
