The Role:Tech Lead Java
Work Model:hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office
Eligibility:Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
Nice to have:- Experience with legacy environments and technical debt management;
- Agile/Squad-based delivery experience.
- Lead technical development activities and support architecture alignment;
- Ensure code quality, CI/CD integration and technical best practices;
- Support technical documentation, modernization and delivery processes;
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.
