PrimeIT is a leading company with over 18 years of experience in providing IT, Telecommunications, and Engineering technological services. Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies. We are looking for a Business Analyst for this project Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, anticipating risks and impacts. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define solutions and align expectations. Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items. Support development cycles through testing, documentation, and contribution to test automation. Facilitate user acceptance testing and deliver training/documentation tailored to different audiences. What are we looking for? Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software development. Strong ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and technical specifications. Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes. Experience in requirements management, data analysis, and estimation techniques. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment. What do we offer?
