We are now in search of aStrategy and Corporate Development Managerto join our innovative teamas our new#bloqstar. What you'll be doing: Responsible for fostering relationships with external partners and stakeholders to drive business development; Own the material preparation for the C-suite, board, and investors in order to drive strategic decisi ons;- Contribute to strategic decision-making by analyzing market dynamics and uncovering growth opportunities;- Collaborate and own processes end-to-end including due diligence, strategic thesis / business case development, execution, & post deal integration;- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align corporate strategies with overall business goals- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making recommendations for adjustments as needed; What you'll bring to the table: Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy or corporate development roles; Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle complex business challenges; Expertise in handling multiple requests from external and internal stakeholders effectively; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management; Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a startup culture. It would be great if you would also have: Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or retail industry; Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools; Creative thinking and an innovative approach to business strategy.
