We partner with leading organizations across industries to build next-generation SaaS platforms, specializing in digital transformation, cloud engineering, and enterprise-grade solutions. We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide one of our engineering teams in designing and delivering scalable software systems. Role Overview As a Tech Lead , you will own technical decision-making within your team, drive engineering excellence, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. You’ll be both a hands-on contributor and a mentor, fostering collaboration between backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps while promoting best practices in software engineering and cloud deployment. Key Responsibilities Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of backend and cloud services. Architect scalable and secure solutions using .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Azure services . Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and hands-on guidance to engineers. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other Tech Leads to align on delivery priorities. Ensure software engineering best practices: clean code, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native principles. Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and security challenges. Drive technical alignment across teams through engineering discussions and architecture reviews. Requirements 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role. Strong expertise in .NET Core (C#), Entity Framework, and API design . Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, performance tuning). Proven experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL/Postgres, Functions, Service Bus, API Gateway, CI/CD with Azure DevOps). Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) and their integration with backend services. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative workflows. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions. Fluency in English (spoken & written).
