About the role Compliance is a key team that ensures Revolut’s products and processes meet the regulatory requirements and translate this into the best customer outcomes. They’ve got an outstanding ability to find solutions and carry out testing in a purely digital environment. Those data-driven experts know that better people and machines are the most effective way of managing conduct risk. We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll be responsible for advising our Talent department on compliance requirements, related controls, and existing infrastructure with a focus on Fitness and Propriety (F&P) Process and Employee/HR Compliance. What you'll be doing Advising the business on compliance topics related to Fitness & Propriety (F&P) and improving the existing infrastructure Ensuring Revolut meets regulatory requirements specific for Fitness & Propriety (F&P) and Employee/HR Compliance Providing solutions to compliance problem statements Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD Compliance teams Leveraging Revolut’s suite of data analytics, advising business areas to ensure positive outcomes and where changes may be required Liaising regularly with senior stakeholders (including at Board level) in preparing and presenting periodic reports Reading regulations and understanding their implications for the business model Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance Being part of a committee to review and approve People Initiatives from a Compliance oversight perspective What you'll need Experience in regulatory Compliance/frameworks, especially those related to the FCA, PRA, or equivalent regulators Excellent understanding of fitness and propriety regulations, with hands-on experience in conducting F&P checks for Senior Management Functions (SMFs), Material Risk Takers (MRTs), and other key personnel Solid knowledge on Employee Compliance subjects such as Conflict of Interests, Personal
