Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas: Quantitative Finance Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory Operations and Finance Transformation and Organization Information Systems In 2023, Quanteam generated a revenue of €74.6 million. We are looking for a Structured Credit Middle Officer. Main Tasks: Monitor the portfolio and liaise with multiple stakeholders: clients, lawyers, Back Office, Risk, Finance, Tax, Legal Affairs, ALM. Support Front Office upstream of deal documentation signatures; provide technicaland legal assistance during negotiations. Analyze financing contracts to extract relevant data for Back Office encoding and reporting. Follow up on drawdowns, facility renewals, early repayments, insurance, and sub-participations. Track events throughout the deal lifecycle (amendments, shareholder changes, acquisitions). Ensure all transactions comply with the company rules: accounting, regulatory, legal, ALM. Main Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of Structured Credit Products : deals, facilities, outstanding amounts, interest calculations, fees, renewals, maturities. Experience in monitoring financial operations throughout their lifecycle. Proficiency with banking systems, Excel, and reporting tools. Understanding of accounting, regulatory, and ALM rules.
