Position: Customer Service Representative (German-speaking)Location: Remote from PortugalStart Date: 6 November 2025Contract Type: CDD 6 months About the Role Are you passionate about helping people and providing excellent service? We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely from anywhere in Portugal.In this role, you will be assisting customers via phone, email, and chat ensuring each interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous growth. What Youll Do Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers. Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. What Were Looking For Fluency in German (C1 or native level) and good command of English. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong customer orientation and positive attitude.
