We are currently hiring an Java Developer What you will do: Contribute to the development of an intelligent customer service software solution designed to transform user experience in an omnichannel environment, with a strong focus on self-service channels; Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications that leverage Artificial Intelligence across multiple support channels; Support the transformation of institutional customer service by integrating AI-driven capabilities into existing platforms and workflows; Implement and enhance intelligent components such as intelligent search, request classification and automated responses, document automation, and next best action recommendations; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and performant solutions aligned with business and user needs. What we are looking for: Demonstrated expertise in building, shipping and supporting innovative and scalable enterprise-class web applications; Experience on one or more MVC web development frameworks (eg: Spring MVC, Angular, React etc.); Experience working as a full stack Java Developer, with excellent knowledge in software design and clean code principles, with knowledge of the main integrated development environments (eg: Eclipse); Good experience of Java build tools (Maven, Gradle, etc.); Experience in tools for mapping relational databases into Object Oriented models, (e.g. QueryDsl or Hibernate); Experienced in using WebLogic application servers (as an alternative Websphere, JBOSS or TomCat); HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, Javascript/typescript and jQuery At Axians, we promote an inclusive and diverse environment.
