Join us as a Portuguese and Spanish speaking customer specialist As a customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer support, assisting them with inquiries and troubleshooting their issues. Your key responsibilities will include: Assist customers via multiple channels in Portuguese, Spanish and English; Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, providing clear solutions and guidance; Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood; Handle customer complaints with patience, offering suitable solutions and escalations where necessary; Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience; Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues. What are we looking for: Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1+) Advanced knowledge of Spanish (C1+) Knowledge of English for internal comunication (B1+) Availability to work 5 days per week (including Saturdays & Sundays) Availability to work 8 hours per day, with shifts from 9am to 6pm; Availability to work in shifts; Availability to work in our office in Oporto; Good computer skills; Excellent communication skills; Time management skills with the ability to meet goals and handle multiple customer interactions.
