A disruptive mindset and a culture of proximity and agility identify Natixis in Portugal Team and reflect the company's mission to transform traditional banking at a global scale: a perfect match in the Portuguese dynamics and entrepreneurial ecosystem Job DescriptionAs a Data Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for: Create/modify reports based on the requirements provided by the Head of the Reporting and Data Management and by the data available in Natixis tools Accompany the different General Secretary business lines, in France or abroad, in order to identify their reporting needs, and automate the production of reports Participate in the definition of indicators (KPI / KRI), their implementation, collection, consolidation, and production to the General Secretary stakeholders Edit and circulate regular or on-demand reports Produce regulatory reports to regulators, general inspection, and Natixis' corporate governance Daily interactions with the IT teams and General Secretary stakeholders QualificationsTechnical skills: Significant experiences in reports design through BI/reporting tools: Required: Power BI Desktop, Power BI Query, DAX Will be a plus: VBA or/and DAX Studio Good skills in Excel (Macros implementation, Pivot table) and Office Pack Knowledge of Compliance functions and internal controls will be highly appreciated Experienced in the banking industry, especially in CIB /Asset Wealth Management, will be appreciated Soft Skills Fluent English (mandatory) Good level of French will be a plus Team Working Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, accountable, pro-active and autonomous Additional Information Our workplace reflects the vibrant spirit of our locations, with initiatives such as a Green Transportation Budget, electric bikes and a flexible Hybrid Work Policy.
