In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our Italian-speaking customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our services. You will act as a brand ambassador, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and proactive approach. Responsibilities: Engage with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and assistance. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.
