HEALTH & PERFORMANCE LEAD (Fields: Clinic • Retreats • Education • Management • Commercial) Company Description Company focused on cognitive performance, applied neuroscience, and high-performance human development, integrating science, innovation, and real-world impact. It operates at the intersection of health, technology, and mental excellence, grounded in Integrative Medicine, P4 Medicine (Predictive, Preventive, Personalized, Participatory), and Lifestyle Medicine. This is not a job. It’s a professional reinvention opportunity. We are building a European platform in advanced health, longevity, and neuroperformance (2026–2030). We are looking for one key person to work as the Founder’s right hand, with real impact across clinics, premium retreats, education, and international expansion. If you are looking for predictability, fixed roles, or “just seeing patients” → this is not for you. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR A health professional (or health–therapy hybrid) with management, innovation, and business mindset, capable of operating across multiple domains: Minimum experience: 1–2 years (We value intelligence and mindset more than long CVs.) THE ROLE This person will not be an assistant. They will not be “only” a therapist. They will be a core operator and strategic extension of leadership. Health & Therapy Conduct anamnesis, screening, and triage consultations Deliver therapeutic and health optimization protocols Work directly in clinical settings and premium retreats Participate in programs focused on longevity, neuroperformance, and human reset Management & Operations Direct support to clinical and administrative management Organization of schedules, workflows, processes, and teams Acting as a bridge between clinic, retreats, and academy Commercial & Strategy Ability to communicate clinical value (not aggressive sales) Commercial support across: Clinics Vita Human Reset Retreats Advanced education programs Development and management of strategic partnerships Content & Brand Support in social media management Creation of educational, clinical, behind-the-scenes, and authority-driven content Communication aligned with science, innovation, and ethics Education / Academy Direct support to HPB Academy Organization of courses, events, and programs Interaction with faculty, students, and partners THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔ Strong clinical and emotional intelligence ✔ Critical thinking (we do not follow trends blindly) ✔ Comfort with responsibility and visibility ✔ Fast learner, high executor ✔ Growth mindset and healthy ambition ✔ Strong communication with clients and partners ✔ Genuine interest in neuroscience, longevity, integrative health, and human performance
