Accounts Payable Administrator Europe North - English (M/F/D) Do you thrive in a fast-paced finance environment? About the Role As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices for the UK and Ireland markets. You'll be part of a dynamic team that supports 10 countries and works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers. What You Will Do Responsible for executing the global accounts payable process in a defined area in an effective and efficient way. Responsible for compliance with regulations, accounting principles, standards, and other agreed upon ways of working, within the accounts payable process. Perform quality checks and secure AP process delivery as defined in framework agreements and/or Service Level Agreements. Answer incoming questions from suppliers and assist employees, managers, and other finance colleagues to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. Support external and internal financial audits and resolving audit findings. Follow controlling standards and other Essity policies such as Key Internal Controls and legal regulations. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP (R/3 or S/4), Invoice Track or similar ERP systems. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
