Contexto Este projeto integra umainiciativa estratégica de reforço da função de Conformidade e Regulaçãonuma instituição financeira. O objetivo é garantir ofortalecimento do governance interno, amitigação de riscos de não conformidadee ocumprimento integral das obrigações regulatórias, através da integração de dois perfis especializados. Objetivo da Função Os profissionais irão atuar na área deRegulatory Compliance, assegurando o cumprimento dosrequisitos legais, normativos e internosaplicáveis ao setor bancário. As funções envolveminterpretação, monitorização, execução e reporting de atividades regulatórias, com contributo direto para agovernança, integridade e transparência institucional. 1. Regulatory Compliance Expert (Senior Profile) Responsabilidades Principais Analisar, interpretar e implementar alterações regulatóriasrelevantes; Elaborar pareceres técnicos e orientações internassobre temas de conformidade e regulação financeira; Desenhar e supervisionar testes de conformidade, assegurando alinhamento com as políticas de governance; Gerir o canal de denúncias e comunicações de irregularidades, garantindo confidencialidade e conformidade legal; Acompanhar reclamações e revisões de publicidade/marketing, validando a conformidade dos materiais divulgados; Monitorizar o enquadramento regulatório europeu e local, disseminando atualizações relevantes às equipas internas; Colaborar com as áreas de Risk, Legal e Internal Control, participando em auditorias e iniciativas transversais; Atuar como referência técnicae apoiar a orientação de perfis mais juniores ou intermédios. Perfil Requerido 8 a 10 anos de experiênciaem funções decompliance regulatório bancário; Sólido conhecimento das normas e regulamentação europeias e nacionais (MiFID II, AMLD, GDPR, DORA, ESG, Solvency II, Governance, Conduta Comercial); Capacidade deanálise crítica, liderança técnicaeautonomia na tomada de decisão; Experiência comprovada eminterpretação e aplicação de requisitos regulatórios complexos; Excelentecomunicação escrita e verbalem português; Inglês valorizado, mas não obrigatório. 2. Regulatory Compliance Officer (Mid-Level Profile) Responsabilidades Principais Apoiar a execução de testes e controlos de conformidadesob orientação sénior; Monitorizar reclamações e comunicações de irregularidades, garantindo tratamento adequado e documentação completa; Rever materiais de comunicação e campanhas publicitárias, assegurando conformidade com a regulamentação vigente; Recolher, analisar e organizar informação normativa, alimentando bases de dados e reportes internos; Acompanhar atualizações legislativas e regulatórias, apoiando a disseminação das mesmas nas áreas de negócio; Preparar relatórios, evidências e documentaçãopara suporte a auditorias e revisões internas; Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínuanos processos de compliance e governance. Perfil Requerido 3 a 6 anos de experiênciaem funções decompliance bancário ou financeiro; Conhecimento dos principaisregulamentos e políticas de governançaaplicáveis ao setor; Forte capacidade deorganização, análise e atenção ao detalhe; Espírito colaborativo e vontade decrescimento técnicona área de compliance; Inglês não obrigatório, mas valorizado.
