We are seeking an experienced Product Experience Designer Lead to spearhead the UX and UI design for a significant banking project. This role requires a professional with a robust portfolio and a keen eye for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for front-end applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of user journeys and UI screens Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Required Qualifications: Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design Demonstrable portfolio showcasing expertise in user journey mapping and UI design Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of front-end design principles and best practices Desired Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus Benefits Why Us Permanent contract opportunities await Embrace a hybrid work model in the heart of Lisbon.
