The Offer:
- Present, promote and sell using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Identify business opportunities
- Perform analysis of existing and potential customers to meet and exceed their needs
- Create new business and customer relationships
- Reach out to leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within timeline
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish are a must
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Experience in Sales, minimum 1 year
- Be proactive, organized, result-driven, team player, hungry to grow and learn, resilient
