KLx is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Operational Risk & Business Continuity Manager to enhance our operational resilience and strengthen our internal control framework. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that KLx operates in full alignment with the Crédit Agricole Risk Management model. Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Risk, you will reinforce the team by leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of transversal operational risks, while also developing and maintaining robust business continuity and crisis‑management frameworks.
Who you are:- At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management, business continuity or related fields in regulated industries (banking, insurance)
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, business continuity standards and latest regulatory requirements (eg. DORA)
- Familiarity with risk management tools and reporting systems
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with different stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal awareness and a positive workplace attitude
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Working proficiency in English (French is a plus)
