Youll work in a supportive environment where communication, teamwork, and empathy make all the difference. What Youll Do: Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries and provide accurate, efficient solutions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction. Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. Represent the company with professionalism and positivity. What You Bring: Fluency in French (spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy. Ability to work in rotational shifts (Monday to Friday). Team spirit and willingness to work in an on-site environment.
