Job DescriptionNokia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supplier Contract Manager Trainee. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in contract management and procurement processes while contributing to Nokia's operational excellence. The trainee will support procurement and supplier management activities, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal standards. Position: Internship Duration: 12 months Start date: January, 2026 Location: Hybrid in Carnaxide, Portugal Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Management / Business Administration; Law; International Relations; Public Administration How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Support for draft, set up, negotiate, escalate, manage contract signatures, store ,archive contracts in compliance with Nokia's internal guidelines and processes. Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Assist procurement team in managing claims and resolving disputes effectively. Ensure the availability of adequate contract templates tailored to relevant business models and categories. Review and assess existing agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Key Skills And ExperienceYou have: Fluent in English, spoken and written. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Compliance. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. It would be nice if you also had: Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in contract management tools and systems is a plus. Interest in procurement and supplier management processes.
