Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)Languages: French (C1–C2 / Native) + English (B2)Contract: Full-time | Paid training providedSchedules: Project-based (may include Mon–Sun day shifts or weekdays-only coverage) About the role We're hiring French-speaking specialists to join an international team in Lisbon supporting global digital brands. Depending on your background, you'll join one of several projects focused on: B2B Advertising Support (campaign tools, troubleshooting, platform guidance) Web Solutions Client Support (website builder / web platform support for users and businesses) Fraud & Loss Operations (transaction monitoring, investigation, risk & compliance support) This is an on-site role with structured onboarding, strong team support, and real career growth. What you'll do (depending on project) Support customers/advertisers/users via chat, email, and sometimes phone Troubleshoot platform issues: access/login, tools, features, technical bugs, and usage questions Provide clear guidance and education on best practices, features, and common issue types Manage cases end-to-end: documentation, follow-ups, SLA handling, and customer updates Collaborate with internal teams (Product / Ops / Engineering / Compliance / Legal as needed) Spot patterns and share trends/feedback to improve the product and customer experience For Risk/Fraud track: monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activity, document cases, and support AML/KYC processes (where applicable) What we're looking for French C1–C2 + English B2 Strong written communication and customer-first mindset Comfortable with tech, tools, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and analytical: able to diagnose issues and document accurately Team player who can also work independently and manage a queue/case load Experience fit (we'll match you to the best track): Customer support / contact center experience is a plus (mandatory for some projects) Interest or exposure to digital marketing / online advertising / campaigns is a plus Interest or exposure to web solutions / website builders / CMS is a plus Experience in fraud prevention, e-commerce risk, investigations, abuse, cybercrime is a strong plus (or solid CS experience with fraud exposure) What we offer Competitive salary + benefits (project dependent) Full paid training + continuous coaching Private health insurance and additional benefits Modern office in central Lisbon + multicultural environment Relocation support available for many roles (may include accommodation support, airfare reimbursement, etc., depending on project) Career development opportunities and internal mobility Apply with your CV in English or French — we'll assess your experience and place you in the best-fit project: Ads Support, Web Solutions, or Fraud & Loss Ops Job Type: Full-time Pay: 1,100.00€ - 1,300.00€ per month Ability to commute/relocate: Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Application Question(s): Are you allowed to work in Portugal or own a EU citzenship?
