Moving beyond traditional content service provision, Touch streamlines curation, collaboration, and performance optimization through proprietary platforms such as the Touch Media Center and Customer Portal to deliver tailored media solutions for the digital airline of tomorrow. Backed by a dedicated team of content specialists and a customer-focused approach, Touch ensures airlines maximize passenger engagement through high-quality media. About the role: A Screener Analyst plays a crucial role in the content curation process. This position's responsibilities include attentively watching previously chosen movies or TV shows, detecting scenes or episodes that are not aligned with the client's guidelines and reporting them. With the use of specific and internal tools, a screener pinpoints the exact time of an inappropriate scene for it to be removed later in the process, which requires great attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Watch movies and report scenes/episodes that are considered violent, aggressive or show improper behavior; • Identify content that doesn't comply with the Airline's standard onboard guidelines; • Catalog the identified episodes, down to the minute, using internal tools. About you: • Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory; • High school diploma/GED; • Great communication skills; • Organizational and time management skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Keynote; • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
