About the Role TheSenior Linux/Wintel Engineeris responsible for the advanced administration ofLinux and Windows Server operating systemsin large enterprise environments. This role is critical to ensuring thestability, security, and performanceof the IT infrastructure, working closely withnetwork, security, and application teams. Key Responsibilities Design and deploy complexWindows-based solutionsin large enterprise environments. Manage, configure, and maintainLinux servers(Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE, Oracle Linux) andWindows Server/ 2019 / 2022 / 2025). Implementsecurity policies, patching, and OS updates. Automate operational tasks usingBash, PowerShell, Python,SCCM, and Unix patching tools (Red Hat Satellite, SUSE Manager, Oracle Linux Manager). Monitor system performance and conductcapacity planning. Participate inmigration, virtualization, and server consolidationprojects. AdministerActive Directory, Group Policies, DNS, trust relationships, certificates, and DFS. Managevirtualized environmentsusingVMware(ESXi, SRM, NSX, vRealize) andOracle VM. Supportstorage and backupsolutions. Contribute to environments running inhybrid and cloud infrastructures(Azure, AWS). Produce and maintaintechnical documentationand operational reports. Technical Requirements 5+ yearsof experience inLinux and Windows Server administration. Strong experience withWindows Server 2016/2019/2022. Advanced administration ofActive Directory, GPOs, DNS, trust relationships, certificates, and DFS. Strong Linux administration experience (Red Hat, SUSE, CentOS, Oracle Linux, Solaris). Experience withLVMand Linux system management tools. Hands-on experience withRed Hat Satellite, SUSE Manager, Oracle Linux Manager. Advanced virtualization knowledge (VMware, Hyper-V). Experience withCitrix solutions(XenDesktop, XenApp). StrongPowerShell and scriptingskills. Solid knowledge ofstorage and backup systems. Experience inhybrid and cloud environments(Azure, AWS). Certifications (Preferred) RHCE LPIC-2 / LPIC-3 MCSA / MCSE CompTIA Server+ Languages (Mandatory) Portuguese:Native Spanish:Intermediate to Advanced (spoken and written) English:Advanced technical level (spoken and written) If you are passionate about creating impactful technology solutions and enjoy turning complex business challenges into elegant systems, this role is for you.
