Key Responsibilities: Optimization Strategy: Implement cutting-edge optimization solutions for digital ad campaigns, focusing primarily on Google Ads, including the Search Network, Mobile, and YouTube. Ad Management: Create and refine keyword packs, set bids, and manage budgets to ensure the most efficient ad spend for clients. Data Analysis: Dive deep into data and trends to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum performance. Reporting & KPI Management: Regularly report on campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements. Cross-Platform Expertise: Develop your expertise across Google products, continuously staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure top-notch campaign performance. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 12 months of experience in optimizing digital ad campaigns (preferably on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, or similar). Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities. Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis. Understanding KPIs: Solid understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how they drive campaign success.
