DECSKILL CONNECT : Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are looking for anRisk Monitoring and Reporting OfficerResponsabilities: Data Quality & KPI Governance: Design, implement, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor data quality (e.G., timeliness, accuracy of daily risk indicators). Track trends, identify anomalies, and ensure alignment with internal standards. Committee Support & Stakeholder Reporting. Prepare materials and actively participate in monthly governance committees (e.G., Data Management, Operations) to present KPI analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations. Translate technical data into clear, executive-level narratives for senior management. Incident Management & Remediation. Extract, analyze, and report on system incidents, including: Statistical deep dives to pinpoint inefficiencies or recurring issues. Collaboration with subject-matter experts to diagnose root causes. Synthesis of findings for leadership reviews. Process Improvement & Innovation. Critically assess existing workflows (e.G., Market Risk Stress Test indicators) to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions. Industrialize processes: Automate repetitive tasks, enhance documentation, and provide daily user support (e.G., troubleshooting, ad-hoc queries). Champion innovative changes aligned with internal policies and regulatory expectations. Financial Data Analysis & Visualization. Analyze complex risk/financial datasets, deriving actionable insights for management. Develop clear, impactful visualizations (dashboards, reports) to facilitate decision-making.Requirements : Good understanding of market risk. Solid IT background (Python mainly). Good understanding of stress testing techniques. Good SQL skills. Strong technical skills with Excel or Power BI.
