This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, influencing architecture, quality, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll own critical systems, mentor a growing team, and modernize a complex codebase. It's a high-impact opportunity in a fast-paced, product-led environment.WHAT YOU WILL DO - Architect and code robust, scalable features across frontend and backend;- Work deeply in an existing web application codebase, enhancing core modules and integrating with a graph database;- Implement state management with Redux and design performant React components;- Manage a small but growing team of developers;- Divide tasks and assign them to individuals;- Review code;- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams by communicating progress and blockers early and often;- Maintain high standards for documentation, testing, and code reviews;- Architect solutions that handle high throughput while maintaining low latency;- Lead technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability.MUST HAVES - 7+ years of full-stack development experience ;- 3+ years of team lead or management experience ;- Proven track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives;- Experience with graph databases (Neptune with Gremlin preferred) ;- Experience with web and mobile application technologies including HTML/CSS, React, React Native, TypeScript, Tailwind, Redux, , and ;- Experience using Git ;- Proven ability to navigate and improve large, production-scale codebases ;- Excellent communication and documentation skills in a fast-moving team environment;- Strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements ;- Upper-intermediate English level.
