We are looking for an Agile Coach for a hybrid project based in Porto or Lisbon (2x/Week). Responsibilities: Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques. Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies. Create and facilitate workshops and events. Training, advise and share Agile methodologies. Mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc...). Requirements: + 3 years of experience in agile environment. Master coaching techniques. Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies. Experience as a Scrum Master. Experience with JIRA and Confluence. Good communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English (Spoken and written).
