Role Overview: We are looking for a Data Engineer (Azure) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading technology solutions provider specialized in driving digital transformation and innovation for major international players across industries. If you are passionate about building scalable data platforms, working with cutting-edge cloud technologies, and enabling organizations to unlock the value of their data, this is the right opportunity for you. What you will do: • Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance data platforms. • Collect, process, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources. • Develop and implement data processing workflows using frameworks such as Spark or Apache Beam. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability. • Guarantee data security and privacy by implementing robust access controls and encryption. • Extract and integrate data from diverse sources including databases, file systems, and APIs. • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and scalability. What you are like: • Solid academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. • Proven professional experience in Data Engineering (+3), with strong knowledge of Azure services. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala . • Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Flink, Kafka, Elastic Search, Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Flume, Impala, Kafka Streams/Connect, Druid, etc.). • Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design (SQL and NoSQL). • Familiarity with ETL/integration tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, Talend). • Solid understanding of distributed systems and modern data architectures. • Hands-on experience with version control tools (e.g., Git). • Plus: Exposure to other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and certifications in Data Engineering or Azure.
