Beauty Product Consultant

We are seeking a Beauty Product Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will guide customers through their beauty journeys, offering expert advice on skincare, makeup, and wellness products.

You will stay ahead of the latest trends, participate in exclusive product launches, and create personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage consumer requests relating to information and complaints through different channels.
  • Provide excellent solutions, service, product, and beauty advice in a professional, precise, and timely manner.
  • Stay in contact with other departments and redirect related cases and issues to relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a keen focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric approach, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Solid IT skills, including the ability to efficiently utilize reporting tools for customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts.
  • Previous experience in the cosmetics and luxury industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
  • Prior involvement in customer service roles is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year.
  • Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Sunday, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule.
  • Salary conditions: either including free accommodation (€ gross/month) or excluding accommodation (€ gross/month).
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months for international candidates.
  • Airport pick-up and yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
  • Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival.
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
