Daily supervision of points of sale, in order to guarantee the maximization of resultsand ensure that the organization's policies and values are adhered to by the entire team; 2. Supervision of all operational transactions, evaluating and certifying that they all meet the needs of customers and seek personalized service as a standard of service in their stores; 3. Definition of objectives and optimization of action plans for each point of sale, ensuring compliance with the KPI's defined by the organization; 4. Manage, recruit and train the Store teams, being side by side with them, motivating them and looking for their evolution; 5.
